Hill Country Flooding

This flooded hallway in the Texas Hill Country was the result of recent rainfall accumulation that led to flooding.  The water had risen up the walls, but had receded prior to SERVPRO of The Hill Country's arrival.  The homeowner choose to keep the hardwood floors as seen in the after photo, but was advised that they should be removed per IICRC guidelines.  The after picture shows the removal of the other structural material that encountered contaminated flood waters.  SERVPRO of The Hill Country was happy to be able to assist this homeowner in their time of need and was pleased to have another satisfied customer.
