San Antonio Mold Damage Remediation

This mold damage in San Antonio, Texas was the result of a slow leaking bathtub.  The owner had not realized that the bathtub was leaking until they started to notice their carpet in their master closet was slightly damp and smelled slightly.  It was then that they contacted SERVPRO of The Hill Country.  When we arrived on site, there was evidence of microbial growth and we immediately began the remediation process.  The after picture was taken just a few days after the process began and shows the removal of the carpet.  Our customer was very pleased to know that it was taken care of professionally and quickly.
